Short Breaks and Mid Week Breaks
Norfolk Cottage Holidays is pleased to be able to offer short break holidays. We have a very flexible policy on short breaks, allowing anything from two to five nights, starting any day.
The key points are:
- Short Breaks are always subject to acceptance.
- Short Break pricing is transparent (see the pricing calculator on the Holiday Prices Page and an explanation of the calculation below.
- Short Breaks are unlikely to be available in high season.
- Short Breaks can be from 2 nights to 5 nights in length.
- Dogs are welcome and are charged at the standard weekly rate per dog.
- Short Breaks can start on any day of the week.
- All breaks are subject to our standard terms and conditions.
Short Break Pricing
To calculate a price for a short break, please use the calculator on the Holiday Prices page.
The calculation we use for short break pricing is:
Cost of Week divided by 7 to get single night price.
Take this and multiply by the number of nights you require and add one extra night.
For example: You want a 3 night break and the weekly cost is £300.
£300 / 7 = £42.88
4 X £42.88 = £171.52Because of the way we calculate short break holiday costs, there is no point in calculating the cost of a six night break as you would be charged for seven (i.e. the full week cost).
