Short Term Lettings - from 1 to 5 months
Our holiday cottages are available out of season for short term, flexible lettings from one to five months. This makes our cottages perfect for contract workers, people between accomodation, marraige breakups, those living in park homes and other areas that must close for certain periods and any other situation where people require comfortable living spaces at short notice for flexible timescales.
Prices
We don't publish a scale of prices as our service can be very flexible to meet various needs. Naturally, shorter periods are more expensive than longer stays and we can offer fully inclusive prices or rent-only with you being responsible for the bills
General Info
- Dogs and certain other pets are welcome. We will not accept cats.
- Children welcome
- References may be requested and there will be a charge for taking these up
- All lettings will require a deposit against damage, breach of contracy and other shortfalls.
- All of our accomodation is non-smoking.
